RATES
HIGH SEASON – From June 1st to September 30th, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. Price per night: €1,150.
LOW SEASON – From October 1st to May 31st, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Price per night: €950.
SPECIAL RATES – Easter, holiday weekends, Christmas, and New Year's Eve. Rates and minimum stay may be subject to change. Feel free to contact us for more information.

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
- The masia is rented as a whole, not by rooms.
- VAT and tourist tax are included in the price.
- Check-in at 4:00 PM – Check-out at 12:00 PM.
- A €500 security deposit will be charged and refunded after the stay to the designated bank account.
- The masia is for vacation use only. Accommodating more guests than stated or organizing events or celebrations exceeding the lodging capacity is not allowed.
- Pets are always welcome, but prior notice is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- The booking will be confirmed with an initial payment of 20% of the total amount via bank transfer. The remaining 80% must be paid 30 days before the check-in date. Along with the first payment, an official booking document will be sent, which must be signed and returned via email.
- If the booking is canceled, it must be communicated in advance and in writing via phone message or email.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will incur a 20% penalty of the total rental cost.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will incur a 40% penalty of the total rental cost.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a 50% penalty of the total rental cost.
